Have you ever really thought about what your philosophy on marriage is?
I really didn't. I just assumed that if I ever got married, it would be a one time deal, but I never dug any deeper.

I read a pretty good blog post a while back by families.com called He Said She Said (apparently a segment they do). They mentioned their philosophy on marriage and it really got me thinking...
What is my philosophy on marriage?
I believe that marriage is the most important relationship that you will ever choose to have.
I believe that marriage is a partnership.
I believe that marriage is about mutual respect, support, and love.
Some people are okay with marriage being about companionship, but I believe that it should be about so much more. Merely coexisting with someone while you raise your children are not enough. Marriage requires time and work.
I am still working out my philosophy on marriage, what is yours?
