McFatty Monday - Week 28

My Goals

lose 10 lbs = pedicure

lose 20 lbs  = mani and pedi

lose 30 lbs = TBA

lose 40 lbs  =  TBA

LONG TERM GOAL : lose 94.7 lbs

The Scale

Starting Weight: 240.4 lbs

Current Weight: 235.2 lbs

Weight Loss this Week: 5.2 lbs.

Total Lost: - 8.2 lbs

NSV : Non Scale Victory

This week I:

-I picked myself up, dusted my self off and started counting calories again

- I managed to take my medication all week
-I started my Slim Fast plan again, and I did pretty good at sticking to it! Yay me!

 Exercise

The Goal: 30 minutes three times a week

The reality: didn't happen

Food:

The Goal: 1710 calories a day

The reality: didn't go over at all

My Feelings:

Pretty darn proud of losing 5 lbs!
