-Stuck to my Slim Fast diet

The Goal: 30 minutes three times a week
The reality: didn't happen
Food:
The Goal: 1690 calories a day
The reality: went over one day
My Feelings:
Still on the losing wagon, so I am hopeful!

Keep it up! I am "on the wagon" too--it's so hard, and such slow progress, I know. Someday we'll get there, right?
