This week: 1 lb.
All together: 2 lb.
Challenges this week:
- It has been difficult to eat this week. I have been skipping lunch, so I haven't been eating.
- When I have been hungry, I have been sick and craving Whoppers!
- It has been difficult for me to make time to track my food
- And especially difficult for me to find time to exercise
My accomplishments this week:
- I am still journeying...
- I lost one pound, again! That's two weeks in a row!
My goals for next week:
- Create my menu for the week.
- Get in three 30 minute exercises (no matter what they are).
- Take my meds like I am supposed to.
- Start tracking my meals again.
