Week 9-10, 2/28-3/13

WEIGH IN: 1 lb. gained :-(

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 11.4 lbs.

STRUGGLES & CHALLENGES:
I am struggling with eating out, with medications that could be
inhibiting my weight loss, and with moodiness, which isn't helping
anything.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I tracked every day.
I am still on track for my 52 lbs by the end of the year, if I can get
things moving again.

NEXT WEEKS GOALS:
Lose 1 lb.
Walk the dog three days.
Exercise at least twice.
Track my food every day
No eating out
