Tracking

 As I have been told, one of the most important things to do is to track.

You can track your calories, your fat, or your carbs; but you need to track. Thus, I am using My Fitness Pal to track what I eat.

With this website/app, I can track all three, plus my fiber and protein intake; as well as my exercise, etc.

It's a great resource and I understand it, a lot of people have lost weight using this resource.
